Terms of Service

Effective date: 25 March 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prova ("the Service"), operated by Bottega Soglia Limited, registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Prova is a UI analysis tool that analyses screenshots to identify revenue-impacting improvements. The Service provides paste-ready implementation prompts, evidence, and differentiator recommendations. It is not a design lesson or consulting service.

3. Pricing and Payment

The Service costs £3 (GBP) per analysis. Payments are processed through Stripe. VAT may apply for customers in the UK and EEA. There is no subscription — each analysis is a one-time purchase.

4. Refund Policy

As a digital product with immediately delivered results, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after payment is completed. A free preview is available so you can review partial results before purchasing.

5. Intellectual Property

Analysis outputs and implementation prompts generated by the Service belong to you. However, Prova’s analytical methodology, evaluation criteria, and scoring logic are proprietary trade secrets belonging to Bottega Soglia.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes from the analysis results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or fraud.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Uploading malicious content, reverse engineering the Service, and automated scraping are prohibited.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

10. No Waiver

Our failure to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

11. Third Party Rights

These Terms create an agreement between you and Bottega Soglia. No third party shall have any rights under these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
